🌧️ Monsoon Mein Immunity Strong Karne Ke Natural Tareeke

 Monsoon ka mausam thandak, greenery aur chai-pakode ka maza le aata hai, lekin saath hi infections, cold, cough aur seasonal flu ka risk bhi badh jata hai. Isliye is season mein apni immunity ko strong banana zaroori hai. Yahan kuch natural tips hain jo tumhe healthy banaye rakhenge.

1. Vitamin C ka intake badhaye

  • Orange, Amla, Lemon, Guava aur Papaya ko diet mein shamil karein.

  • Vitamin C infection se bachata hai aur white blood cells ko strong banata hai.

2. Haldi Wala Doodh

  • Raat ko sone se pehle ek glass garam doodh mein ½ tsp haldi milakar piyein.

  • Haldi ek natural antibiotic aur immunity booster hai.

3. Tulsi Aur Adrak Ki Chai

  • Tulsi aur adrak ki chai infection se bachati hai, throat ko soothe karti hai.
